As we head into the busy summer season, we wanted to share a few quick updates from our team.

Over the past several weeks, we have had the satisfaction of completing a number of deep cleans. Taking extra time to really make progress on those stubborn oven stains, take a toothbrush to the shower drain, and completely reset barbecues is not for the faint hearted, but our team have enjoyed having the opportunity to zero-in on these important tasks that ensure your property continues to look fresh and guest ready all year round.

We are also pleased with the success of the upgraded Aveda amenities that we have installed for our clients. These are high quality products and offer a more sustainable approach to guest amenities.

Based on feedback from owners and guests, we will now be storing white sofa bed linens in the closet alongside the pillows and blankets/quilts.

This change reduces confusion for guests, standardises the quality and colour of our linens across all units, and helps protect clean linens from accidental damage before use.

Many of you may already have communicated with her, but we’d like to formally introduce Kirsty as our Operations Manager.

Kirsty will be your primary point of contact for all questions, requests, and operational matters. She works closely with our cleaning teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service for both owners and guests.
